DESCRIPTION: |
The process of making washers consists in:
-
straightening the wire fed by means of a driveless straightening device installed on the axle of the wire feeder;
-
coiling of wire into spiral of a definite diameter by means of pushing it with tongs through coiling device;
-
cutting the washer off the spiral with travelling blade moving vertically during radial cutting;
-
dropping the finished washer into container.
